 Lifescaper Coaching: "Shed The Cynic"
by Jeffrey T. Brownstein, 10/3/08
As I scramble to finish final revisions for my debut book this weekend, I'm taking a break to get you the October newsletter... yes, early!
I'd intended for the following passage to be included in The Nature of Life. As of now, I haven't been able to find space for it, so I wanted to share it with you in this forum:
"I realize that I tend to be cynical. Whenever I'm being negative or critical, something is out of balance within me. Finding fault on the outside diverts attention from the one place it matters most. When I center on my own growth, and allow others to do the same, my world shows up as a haven for harmony."
Whether or not this passage makes it into the book is yet to be determined, so I'm happy to post it here first! Think about it - if we all gave up being cynical, it would be like siphoning oceans of poison from the world - talk about a greener earth!
As for my book update, in its first week of pre-order sales, The Nature of Life has sold more copies than I could have imagined! People who have seen the book have consistently commented on how powerful it is - and that it's sure to make the perfect holiday gift!
Renowned author Bruce D Schneider endorses the book, with the following review:
"This book is simply delightful! The Nature of Life takes you on both a visual and emotional journey that speaks directly to your core. It is a guide to remembering the very nature of who you are."
The book (now due out by November 1st) is a combination of cutting-edge life coaching principles and beautiful nature photography I've taken over the years - 2 books in 1 really.
For being a valued newsletter subscriber - and only for a limited time - I'm offering an introductory 30% discount off the list price of $34.95.
You can purchase your copy in advance by clicking here.
Again, I'm grateful for all the support and encouragement I've received from many of you.
Until next time...
With love,
-Jeff
