One of the fastest ways to raise your vibration is to see things in a different way. In the course of our day-to-day lives, the vast majority of our 'processing systems' - right down to the way we respond in most situations - is a function of past conditioning. We tend to fall back on comfortable patterns in order to make sense of, and deal with, events around us.
In other words, we live a large part of our lives semi-consciously.
I invite you to take on a little experiment...
The next time something 'bad' happens - anything that doesn't go the way you think it 'should' - ask yourself one question: How else can I look at this?
When pondering your answer, doors open that didn't exist before. In essence, you break the flow of the 'unconscious river', grounding yourself in the present moment. A clearing occurs, making room for something new. In short, you free up the space which enables you to create significant changes in the way your life shows up.
By seeing things differently, your vibration - your life - changes for the better. And the beauty of "How else can I look at this?" is that it doesn't matter what area of life you apply it to. Whether you're not working at your ideal job, you're romantically single, or you've experienced an unexpected health setback, this question gives you access to your true power!
Instead of feeling helplessly drawn by the current, disempowered - a victim - you're returned to a space where you assume complete responsibility for your entire life. You become, in a word, conscious.
With practice, you'll notice genuine shifts moving forward. Real choice becomes available - the opportunity to fall in love with your life, just as it is, and just as it isn't.
And with shifts like that, your vibration goes up, up, up. For some, it may be the very first time your vibration is actually aligned with what you want. And that's when Law of Attraction allows your desires to manifest.
Of course, you can always choose to look at things the same old way. This will guarantee you the same old results!
So I ask, how else will you look at it?
